As I mentioned in my homepage introduction, HITE’s Don’t Quit! This is a core value of mine instilled by my father.
Bringing you up to date, my resume includes, in Corporate America, my association with numerous top businesses and nonprofits, such as Clayco, Girl Scouts of America, Amgen Pharmaceuticals, Primerica, United Way, Barnes Jewish Hospital, ACN, Tech Electronics, and more.
My coaching/training consists of “plays to get them through the days” such as Growth Mindset, Vision Dynamic Leadership, Don’t Quit, and Ready, Set, Let’s Grow!
Additionally, I have worked nationally with school districts such as Frisco in Dallas, Texas; Aiken School District in South Carolina; Shelby County School District in Memphis, Tennessee; and Parkway, Rockwood, and Kirkwood School Districts, the three largest school districts in St. Louis County, Missouri.
My conceptualization and innovation also come from a strong upbringing from my parents, Retired Army Command Sergeant Major Leon and Bobrie Hite, Mentors, such as David Steward of World Wide Technology, Bishop Author L. Kelly, Les Brown, John C. Maxwell, Eric Thomas, and Bishop T.D. Jakes who are all potters that helped mold me into the speaking force I am today.
The primary focus of my teaching is to instruct people to help uplift others. My passion is for people and in doing so, I’ve been blessed with success in my inspirational speaking and seeing wonderful opportunities to coach business executives, principals, teachers, and students of all ages.
